Heute, als ich aufwachte und mir die grauen Wolken erneut Hallo sagten, kam von meiner Seite ein schwacher imaginärer High Five ihnen entgegen. Was macht ihr am Morgen? Erst gar nicht aus dem Fenster schauen? Direkt aufs Klo? Oder dann doch lieber ein Kaffee? Was ich damit sagen will, meine heutige Inspiration für einen neuen Song war nicht gerade prickelnd. Für solche Zeiten habe ich mein kleines schwarzes bereit. Also kleines schwarzes Buch. Ein goldiger Song der den Namen west coast slide trägt, steht vor mir geschrieben. Als ich ihn das erste Mal hörte war mir sofort klar – ein weiterer Sommersong. Ich war aber noch nicht in der richtigen Stimmung um ihn zu bloggen, aber heute liebe Leute, heute passt er wunderbar. Wie vertreibt man graue Wolken? Genau mit Work Drugs. Ihr stellt riesige Lautsprecher auf, am besten bis man den Boden vor lauter Lautsprechern nicht mehr sehen kann. Today when I woke up and the gray clouds said again Hello to me, came from my side a weak imaginary high five against them. What do you do in the morning? Not looking out the window?
